great beachnice poolsreally good food
The resort has a great beach and nice pools. I especially liked the adult pool for relaxation. Food was really good at the restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

the staff was very attentive and friendly. the gentleman at the beach were especially wonderful. my room was gorgeous and the bathroom had an ocean view from the bathtub! the breakfast was healthy and delicious.
The food was not always at a five-star level. the front office manager spoke to me poorly when i complained. the security team seemed more like police officers and were not friendly. I complained about the food multiple times, but the food and beverage manager dismissed my points.

this resort was excellent in many ways. the beach offered serenity, a perfect escape. the breakfast buffet was good.
i found that the pool depth was somewhat shallow for swimming. at 120 cm, it limited the experience for taller guests.

the hotel boasts multiple pools including a dedicated kids pool. i noticed an adult pool, a plus. there's a fitness club including modern equipment for workouts.

the resort features direct access to a beautiful beach with soft sands. i could see that nearby residences offered convenient services. these services include a café, a restaurant, a pharmacy and a small supermarket.
